Homemade: P.F. Chang's Spicy Chicken

I found a copycat recipe for P.F. Chnang's spicy chicken. Pretty close!  You can definitely taste the pineapple juice more in the copycat recipe than the real thing. Still good and way cheaper. 

Homemade: Chicken Jook

Tried out my new Dutch oven making jook.  I think I'll stick to a regular pot next time since the rice got stuck to the bottom. Green onions were from my balcony.
